Just like with any remote healing of someone else, it's up to that person's higher self to accept it or not, but that shouldn't stop you. It is better if they set up their own defensive perimeter themselves by strengthening their own auric shield on a 24/7 basis.
Since God created the universe, everything comes from God, including other energies. You are probably referring to the question of whether an energy is "Christed" or not (that is does it come from Christ Consciousness at some higher dimension?). You should not be concerned about that. Just "absorb what is useful and reject what is useless" for your own benefit.
Actually the more dense or lower level the energy the more directly beneficial to the physical form. With the higher stuff you would use it to work on healing at a more deeper level such as soul trauma, guilt, and karma. If a disease is healed at the physical level and not the soul level, it or something similar will most likely recur in this or some future lifetime. Processes such as the MAP Method by Perelendra lend themselves to such high level work. In the ultimate sense, spiritual growth is the removal of issues from the soul layers which bind you to the lower levels.
Note that when healing others it may be necessary to protect the integrity of your energy body from undesirable energies. It is also possible to take on the karma of a patient or client. One kludge is to openly declare to the universe your intent NOT to take on this person's karma. Always cover your assets.
