I think you lost me there a little. It is then possible for someone to send you positive/negative energy......or maybe better said possible to be affected/influenced by negative energy 'out there' in the universe. We are then saying that there is good and evil in the 'universal' energy? It becomes a little spooky here...... if I can send someone 'good' protective energy...then they/I can also be affected by someone sending 'bad/unfavorable' universal energy to me/them.? What are the chances? Even if a person is totally at peace and sends love to all there is always that chance that we have an 'enemy in the ranks'.
So, besides declaring your intent not to take on the other person's energy how can a person set the perimeters against 'evil' reaching us?
I think I'm getting bogged down in 'what ifs' here and need to focus on the positives instead.
