Hi,
I have 2 questions about the timeline exersice recording for direct learning.

1) At the end of the recording, Paul Scheele says "feel yourself let go for a few moments as all of the ideas and new behaviors of your choosing integrate." What does he mean by "feel yourself let go?" and how do I do this?

2) I don't think that the timeline exersice is paraliminal, so will it be just as effective by using speakers rather than headphones?

What Paul means is to put aside any thoughts you have about the experience. Same as you would put down your knife and fork when you've finished eating. As far as you're concerned the job is has been done, you're just waiting for the paint to dry.

In time you'll be able to do the timeline thing on your own (without a tape) so listening it through normal speakers will work just as well.

Alex
