Hi All,

I'm currently studying and some time ago I read that before you start studying it's a good idea to use Personal Genius to get into the flow state for better learning. Also after studying use Memory Supercharger in order to better retain the material learned.

My Q is, firstly, if I'm studying all day long (and have breaks in between of course) will I only need to use Memory Supercharger ONCE at the end of the day in order to retain everything I've learned that day, or do I need to use it after each (break)SESSION during the day ie multiple listenings?

Same with Personal Genius. Can I use it just once at the beginning of the day or do I have to use again between sessions, or even when the subject matter I'm studying changes?

Any help will be appreciated!

You'll find using them once per day is enough. Persona Genius before you start studying ( in the morning) Memory supercharger after you finished for the day.

I've also found using specific tapes related to the subject at hand can help, too. For example, listening to "Relationships" while studying Allen Sherman's "The Rape of the A.P.E." or listening to I.P.M. while studying Robert Greene's "48 Laws of Power."
