Thank you to everybody who participates with the weekly group healings. In the past I have not always been able to participate, because weekends are quite busy. I know we can do it at other times, but I don't always get to it.

I'd like to share my own experience with the healing, and to ask others to share as well, if you wish.

This morning I was at my health club, spending 25 minutes on the treadmill. I decided it would be a fine time to close my eyes (while holding on to the rail!) and take part in the healing activity. So I did that, just imagining each person there, the sun coming in, warming and energizing each person, etc.

I've been sending energy to the person I named in the post, who has an addiction problem. The parents are really going through a tough time too, the whole family really. So I invited them all in to the circle. I love the way the healing activity is non-judgmental. Everybody gets the healing power offered, and walks away smiling.

I don't know what the future holds for this family, but I feel very good that for today, they have received some wonderful energy and healing from this group. Thank you all very much for sharing your healing power and love in this way.

I also learned that healing can happen out in the world, even in a noisy gym, with the TV going and all the other noises there. It's all in where I put my attention.

My best to all of you.
Anita

Hi Anita,
I often find myself busy, and on the move, on saturdays too. I have always taken healing work very seriously. Too seriously.
I am trying to relax more, and lighten up.
I often do my self work first, active, and meditation, then I feel optimum for helping someone else, being in the 'zone'.
I have seen through Master Lin's teachings, that one can enter the 'emptiness' , literally, in a second. As you get familiar with what that means, the emptiness, it 'is' right there to plug into. For me, I take that emptiness as being void, or, a focused directed thought, in regards to healing work. A space one enters with a singular purpose. Extended time in that focused intention, finds me going in and out of a void, or seeing my focused intention, then at points, just leaving somewhere...drifting in and out of that visualization. I am finding that the conscious focused activity seems to carry on, with, or with out me, as I come and go.
The 'space' that this happens in, has a familiar feeling to it. I agree with you, in the sense that you can connect there, on the move. In your case, your body still kept doing the treadmill, as you entered that 'space' and saw those smiling faces. I am learning, that as the list grows of all the needs to address, that my former elongated prep work and approach, is not always practical. It has its time and place, but, one can be effective addressing more things without me 'needing' all that.
A few wks ago, I just sat down for ten minutes on a saturday, and found it was very much, worth it. I felt it 'connected' and happened... The more one takes on, in terms of this growing list of healing work, if this is your choosing, is that one tends to be prayerful, during much of the day.
I have read and been taught, from more than one good source, that every completed 'positive' thought counts in helping the big picture balance. Also, that all thoughts are recorded in eternity. This tells me how powerful a single thought can be, especially if it is purposeful and has focused intention.

Hi Anita,

I was glad to see your post regarding the Saturday Healing Sessions. This time has become a priority in my life. I am grateful to all who participate.

I would like to take this time to share an amazing story regarding my friend who I added to the list Friday evening. Friday morning he was taken to the hospital after being resusitated in the ambulance and placed on a ventilator. It was determined that he had a severe blockage in the upper intestines. The integrity of his lungs has been severly compromised due to asthma. His blood pressure was extremely low. The doctor told his family that if he was taken off the ventilator he would surely die. His four children flew in to say their final farewell to their dad. I mentioned to his daughter that I was practicing SFQ and that I would send her and her dad energy. I proceeded to do my personal healing meditation, the group did their healing meditation and I continued to do my healing meditation throughout the day and night. I did not direct the healing but left it open to the Universe. This afternoon I got a call from his daughter. She said, "I don't know what your doing but keep it up". The doctor informed the family that he feels confident that he can remove the ventilator tomorrow and that with the proper medical treatment and nutrition my friend will be fine!

It has been said that if you focus on what you want and achieve that vibrational state without the feeling of resistance, while being in the place of allowing you will receive it. Ask and you will receive. We have received. Thank you on behalf of my friends family.

By the way Gallen, I'm glad you take your healing too seriously. It's serious stuff. You are an inspiration to us all.

Love,
Stacy

Confession time. I only participate about half of the time. When I do here is my routine. I review the list of those to enter the circle. I try to memorize the names on the list and their needs.

I do setup an empty chair in front of me. Close my eyes. Then visualize you all going me and forming the circle. I then invite each person on the list individually. I end by welcoming any others into the center. This releaves any pressure from getting the list perfect, and allows for people including others not on the list. I have added my family and friends this way. I then conduct the exercise as describe.

I do it all in silence. I when I've completed the meditation I've spent about a half an hour. I don't use a timing aid anymore. I switch stages in this and all my meditation when the idea comes to me. I always seem to finish with a couple of minutes of what I have allocated to spend.

I've shared some of the group experiences in other posts. Sometimes I can feel a strong wave of energy from the rest of you, other times it is not as strongly felt.

I've also been much impressed with the effects it has had on Inger. I'll have to add her again for a different complaint. I think that Valentine's day will be a good time to add her and myself to this practice again.

As for Inger, she lost a soft lump she had had for several years, after being added to our group. I still haven't mentioned some of her other ailments.

I've thought of suggesting an alzhiemer group session and another for diabetes.

I'll also add that was I review the list during the week I am sometimes drawn to send energy to specific people listed. These are some of my most powerful experiences and I want to thank everyone for giving me these opportunities to share / grow / love.

You are perfection.

Aloha All,

With this weekend's group healing being on Valentine's day, let me make a request.

After everyone's energy ball comes back into the body, bring it down to the heart for a moment.

With a soft smile on your face and heart, remember the feelings of those times in your life you've felt Loved and appreciated. Be there for a couple minutes. Now take that energy and feeling and share that with the rest of the the people in the meditation. Be present with them for a couple minutes.

Finally, bring the energy down to your lower dantian and proceed with the ending.

Much Love, Shawn

Hi Anita:

Good to hear from you and keep running on that treadmill as you are getting somewhere!

I remember Master Lin talking about our thoughts and how everyone single one of them is so very important. Getting control of our thoughts and intentions is critically important.

We live in such a busy world and I know Master Lin is also trying very hard to find better ways to teach SFQ and give us better active exercises to help speed up this relatively slow process. I personally find the group activities to be the most powerful and the more we can all join with others to help spread love it will make the transformation that has to take place speed up.

Keep up the great work,
Agent B
