I will say that I'm very impressed with the program - spring forest qiqong level 1. This has been an amazing week. I have never felt anything like this before. This qigong is profound. I have worked with different qigong teachers, some of them very well known. But I plan on dedicating myself to spring forest qigong.

I love the audio CDs as they add a lot of background to the course. The Harmony of Universal Energy movement is a little tricky to learn but I think I'm getting it.

There is a lot of material in level 1. I will definitely wait at least a year before going on to level 2. There's so much to work with here that I'd like to explore what I have.

Hey Sodi-pop
Master Lin says [there is only good, better, and Best] way of doing Qigon Level I exercises}..

The real pleasures come when you no longer have to think of the process, only enjoy the results. Level-I exercises have more power that I ever imagined...The Harmony of Universal Energy is a bit tricky at first -- keep after it...

Aloha orange_soda,

Welcome.

You already know part of it (the Breathing of the Universe movement.) Sometimes being aware of the big picture helps:

up,
down,
side,
center,
corner,
down.

Or maybe noticing the symmetry going on can assist in learning the movement. We each tend to have a prefered learning style. Notice how to tend to learn best: visualy, auditorialy, or kinestetically, and approach it from that stand point.

Now smile and be thankful your not having to learn a Tai Ji long form or an intense martial art kata.

As justsassy, I mean justcappy reminded you -relax, trust and go with the movement -rather than into your head while doing it.

Your doing well.

Much Love, Shawn
