I will say that I'm very impressed with the program - spring forest qiqong level 1. This has been an amazing week. I have never felt anything like this before. This qigong is profound. I have worked with different qigong teachers, some of them very well known. But I plan on dedicating myself to spring forest qigong.
I love the audio CDs as they add a lot of background to the course. The Harmony of Universal Energy movement is a little tricky to learn but I think I'm getting it.
There is a lot of material in level 1. I will definitely wait at least a year before going on to level 2. There's so much to work with here that I'd like to explore what I have.
