I find something I heard on a Wayne Dyer tape very useful. It goes something like this.
“Imagine the power of the Ocean, and then imagine you are a cup of water taken form the ocean. It looks, feels, tastes and has all the characteristics of the Ocean.But on it’s own it has little power but as soon as it is reunited with the Ocean it immediately assumes the power of the Ocean”.
Wayne Dyer say’s it much better, but I hope you get the idea. I find it very easy to visualize and it works for me.
