I bundle all the known energies together---mental energy from all humans in the world,
the reproduction energy inherent in plants, animals and humans, the magnetic force of the planetary systems, the energy created by people as they communicate, interrelate, and love one another,
and most importantly the spiritual energy
that pervades the universe from all spirits...
I recognize that the above facits of energy are real,not just imagined, and therefore I allign myself with this bundle.
Today during sitting meditation I experienced a terriffic sensation of
these energies entering my universe.
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL !
