Hi there.
I've just registered with the Forum to see that I'm really connected today. In 3 month
I must have read all your posts. It's great, now I can reply to some I could help.

Welcome John. Nice to have you aboard. Tell us how long you've been practicing Spring Forest Chi Qong?

Thanks. Since I got the invitation in January, I learned what I'm still missing.
For years I'm doing self-healing internal exercises 'By Dr. Stephen T. Chang'. Tao Publishing. And before that BODY REFLEXOLOGY
(a healing with your fingertips). With this I can help myself and others. Up to now I could not live without it and still doing it.
Rheumatoid Arthritis is my problem since I was 16 years yung. Now I have learned through SFC why, and be helped. Possibly healed, especially, the hands. The fingers don't quite straighten. Too hard to do the sword-fingers. With practice the left hand is not as bad. So I will try to use it to take the blockages out on the right. If there is no other way, there is always Chunyi Lynn.
The best thing came down from heaven = SFC.
It's more an eyeopener to me. It changed my mind about Meditation & Spirit. Visualization
is also hard to come by. The first time in my life I feel positive to achieve my goal,
because I'm in the forum where I can't get lost. I really respect their authorities.

Love John

PS. Family-farming (where children also have to work), Blacksmithing, the war and later construction kept me from office-work.
Please let me know. I miss the spellcheck.
I may have to do it with WORD, copy and paste it here, and hope for the best.
