Doing the 'sitting small unniverse' for one hour , palms up, the fingers get quite could in fresh air.
Does it matter to cover the hands with a blanked or wear gloves?

Aloha John82,

There are some things to consider. One is if it is very cool-cold outside, Chunyi recommends not doing the work in the cold. Bring your practice indoor until it warms up.

If it's a situation of a sensation of your hands getting cold during the exercises, Chuyni would talk about the channels in your hands opening and looking to balance. This is just fine

Much Love, Shawn

Most of the time it's 70 degree inside, so it must be a sensation from the master.
Hi Shawn.
Sometimes the thumbs get hot, then the fingers warm up a little and the palms too.
It's being already 4 month I'm waiting to feel some tingling in my hands. Maybe that's it for a start.
My chronic arthritis keep holding me back. Still with a little progress I'm very happy that I found SFC.

Thank you. Love John
