Hi wise ones,

I am here to ask a question about the relationship between energy blockages and bones mislocation on one's body. Suppose we use SFQ to relief our energy blockage in our body and we did, but what happen are that our bones sometimes are mis-located, or not in the right place, thus creating the same blockages over and over again. Would that be a problem that SFQ can't do to help oneself? Because I go to a chinese bone setting master regularly and "tuned up" my body on a regular basis. It's not that I can't have my body function correctly but I get feel of smooth energy flowing through out my body after "tuning" up. All of your advices are invaluable. Thanks you very much.

Master Lin has said several times that getting adjustments can be very helpful in the early stages of taking up SFQ. The manipulations can help to facilitate releasing blockages which would eventually happen over time with just doing SFQ but what your doing should help speed up the process. I think you are lucky to have a master helping with this and you obviously are feeling the good effects of his help.

During the SFQ closing routine (when you put your arms up and keep your head steady and forward then twist from side to side) you will often hear a small pop or a bone adjust in perhaps your back, knees, ankles, shoulders or elbows. What you are doing at that time is letting the blockage go and allowing your body to get back into proper alignment and it is free!
