While I’m a health nut it bothers me when my own research fails. I know there is someone who will help me. I would appreciate it very much.
Yin/Yang water. I take it first thing in the morning.

1.) I want to know that I’m doing it right by boiling tab water about 10 to 15 seconds, put it in half a glass and poor another half of spring water on top of it. It’s good and warm. Drink it right away in one shot. Nothing added. Or is it better to drink it slowly?

2.) Will it be more effective to drink it more often in stages between meals and during the night?

Love,John

Aloha John82

In the audio sessions it is recommend that you
drink Yin/Yang water every morning. You can drink it any time during the day if you'd like.

Simply mix one part of boiling water with one part of regular water. I like to fill a glass, thanking the water for helping me balance, then divide the water into two other separate glasses. Boil the one and then add them swoosh!, together into the original glass. I'll then add honey or lemon.

You can also make tea from it if you choose.

You can boil the water in a microwave, but it is better to boil it on the stove. You can use tap water, but spring water or well water is better. Do not add ice, and do not
store it in your refrigerator.

Thanks,
Gianni

Tap water is full of all sorts of impurities and chemical additives but perhaps qiqong and boiling neutralizes that.
A man lived to nearly 120 years by avoiding drinking tap water and he didn't even do qigong. Microwaving would add harmful radiation in my opion. Even spring water bought from the shop has been shown to be just normal tap water in many cases.
Anyway my Yin/Yang water cosists of spring water that I get from a spring myself. Half of it is boiled and then left to cool a tiny bit then half is added cold and I mix in pure organic unheated honey. I don't put in boiling water so as not to destroy all the enzymes in the honey.

I believe Chunyi Lin says
to boil the water for five
minutes. Is it really
necessary to boil it that
long.

Aloha John82, Gianni, 4space...

I don't recall Chunyi suggesting an amount of time to boil the water. The information I listed -other than when I said "I like to...", is from Chunyi.

Thanks for being a good, better, best reminder, 4space.

4space: Mix the room temperature water and boiling water right away rather than letting it cool down. After the yin/yang mixture cools down to "warm", add your yummy honey.

Much Love,

Shawn

Hello Qigongers,

So we can use thunder palms to purify the water.

What does adding honey or lemon do to the Yin Yang Water?

Happy Qigonging.

4space: Years ago, after prostate problem
I've learned to take one spoon of Blackstrap
Molasses and one Brewers Yeast every morning.
It has nothing to do with balancing Yin/Yang
water. I prefer to drink strait clear water.
Honey I rather have with my oatmeal serial.
Or you can have tee. It's rather for the tast
if you like.

Love, John
