Hi there.
My wonderful experience with group healing.
To me it was a very, very pleasant experience being connected to the universe.
By following through the instructions, I visualized seeing the sun coming up from the east, getting bigger and bigger. Setting down over our heads, shining bright with a slight flicker until it was time to go back.

To my surprise I felt a strong sensation all over my whole body, mostly in my hands.
In those 15 minutes I could observe the healing action taken place. Unbelievable,
It made me so happy, I could scream.

Why I’m so excited about that?
After trying every day practicing at least 2 – 3 hours over 3 month, I finally sensed some
tickling on my thumb and it got stronger every day. From there on I could make out that there is some energy flowing between my hands by doing the forming yin/yang exercise.
Breathing of the universe. It is the easiest, but I can’t see anything yet . I’m not complaining. I’m grateful to my master. He already helped me from the day I’ve received the invitation.

Today I just want to let everybody know that I’m OK and happy.
I’ll need all the help I can get to help you and others, who needs it and want to be helped.

Love, John

Hi John:

I find the weekly mediations to be very powerful as well. I always try to add people I hear about who have health problems. Then I find that I really participate as it becomes more personal and important somehow.

I also find the key is to just keep doing the active and sitting meditations as often as you can. Sometimes I do several 20 minute sessions in a day. Sometimes I do two 2 hour sessions a day. Just get some in each day. Even a short prayer is quite powerful just before you go to bed if that is all you can do.

I also find there is nothing like a good walk in the neighborhood or hike in nature or just hanging out with young children.

Don't worry about feeling powerful things everytime you do SFQ. Most of the times you just feel relaxed and re-energized. I find that I have to think in terms of 3 to 6 months to really see the improvements rather than on a daily basis.

I really admire your enthusiasm and positive approach to SFQ. You are really going to be a great healer and do some real good for others.
