Aloha fego,

My apologies for not getting back to you as soon as you would have liked. I took Friday and Monday off so Darcie, iSaiah, and myself could close on a new home. Feel free to send prayers and love to the home and our family in your next meditation. I think we'll see if Gallen's back is as strong as his posts when we have him help move some things this weekend.

Like a quality martial arts class in which you'll find everything in the first "belt", you'll find the same with Spring Forest Qigong, but you don't need to get into your head to figure it out. It will all reveal itself as you practice and live it over time.

Notice the visualization he has you doing during the walking qigong in the manual, and especially in the Self Concentration Exercise. Now couldn't you do the same thing you're doing there with the stones in the body, to the "floaties"?

Much Love, Shawn

Aloha Alex,

Thanks for the link.

There is a lot of wonderful additional information on "seeing" and the eye in Behavioral Optometry based on the work of Bates. Chunyi gets into some techniques in the level two class, and you'll notice that in Spring Forest Qigong Chunyi is having you think, do and be most of relaxing and healing work that is presented there, throughout his classes and SFQ philosophy.

Much Love, Shawn
