I notice that the
www.springforestqigong.com does sell the level 3 sun and moon meditation cds stated for "use by Level 3 students";
I have completed both the levels 1 and 2 homestudy courses and currently, find it difficult to attend the
level 3-4 retreats with Master Chunyi Lin in person. I am wondering whether I can use these 2 meditation cds to do the sun n moon
meditations without level 3 class instruction from master Lin?
Could someone who has been through the level three live training sessions with Chunyi Lin let me know if this can be done
profitably?
