One more point.
I live in Arizona so it is harder for me to attend the classes and sessions with Master Lin which is the situation I belive Curious 1 is coming from here. Gallen lives in the area so he comes more from a perspective that you should get the instruction first and not develop any bad habits or misunderstandings on what you should and should not be doing during the sun and moon meditations. Obviously if you do live in Minnesota or near, then get the instruction first. For those of you from far away then you can still benefit greatly provided that you have the Level 1 and 2 foundation in place.
