I know that answers like the one given by agentB may not be as satisfying to some as a specific prescription of do A, B, C to solve problem X. This is the way western medicine approaches problems. It is very good for some things, and may eventually be good for all things, but it is not the Qigong approach.

The Qigong approach is to work to balance all energies (qi / chi) within you; be they mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual. Doing the level I exercises and focusing on the 6 key elements is the best thing you can do.

I've studied the material in levels I, II, III and I think AgentB has given you the same advice I would have. Use the self-concentration meditation (level I), to visualize yourself free of you specific conditions.

I know that Master Lin has some specific techniques for some specific ailments, but I am not aware of any for the problems that you've both asked about. So doing the level I exercises with the suggestions from AgentB is my best advice.

You could of course contact Master Lin for distant healing sessions, and at that time ask about anything specific you could do for these conditions.

Lastly, you can add these people to the Saturday healing circle.

You are perfection.
