Dear Bouncing SFQ Friends:

If you can't bounce try closing your eyes and moving your head up and down slightly and visualize that you are bouncing (you can even do this sitting down). Take those deep breaths and you can trick your body into giving you the benefits bouncing gives. The mind is a wonderful thing to use!

Hi,
Gallen, thanks, it's good to be back! So far my doc said no running, jumping or kicking (there goes board breaking)I go back on Sept 9th for a re check. I'll demonstrate so to speak, the movement to see if he approves or not. The last thing I want is the prosthesis to loosen up and I'd need surgery again. It was painful enough the first time.

So far everything is going well,(thanks Shawn) just a little difficulty getting used to my new hips. I'm on a cane now.
