I feel I have made a mistake, with the suggestion of walking in place. You don't need another exercise to replace bouncing.
I would honor, the purity and effectiveness, of what you have to work with , within SFQ.
The sooner you are within that practice, and inner focus, the sooner you can heal, and create what you need to move this forwards.
Just stand, and start your exercise. Or perhaps, move up and down , very gently, to start trying the movement without stressing anything. It is within your exercise, that you will fully recover. There is no limitation, if you simply start moving it in the right direction, with what you 'can' do, which is plenty.
There, ,,,now I can get back to 'my' exercise, without this post it note on my fore brain!
