Gallen, thanks, it's good to be back!
So far my doc said no running, jumping or kicking (there goes board breaking)I go back on Sept 9th for a re check. I'll demonstrate so to speak, the movement to see if he approves or not. The last thing I want is the prosthesis to loosen up and I'd need surgery again. It was painful enough the first time.
So far everything is going well,(thanks Shawn) just a little difficulty getting used to my new hips. I'm on a cane now.
