I have learned to trust my other than conscious mind. Now it has decided to follow Mr. Lin's suggestions (well, they are powerful, i've noticed 
). I could be sensing or smelling anything, if his suggestion was not there.
About Qi, I see it now as light and feel as a certain kind of easiness and cool. I know my understanding about qi will change in the future many times. I don't like to rush my understanding now but let it come as it comes. (... Well, I would like to hear qi, too, not only see, feel and smell. Yes, it'll come... )
BTW, something that I have wanted to write many times: the password is the most important thing to me in SFQ. I feel that it is everything. It changed my life and attitude. I just hope I would have ordered SFQ earlier!
