Steph, if you know level two material just invite your niece to stand infront of you and use the level two material.
Without that my first thoughts are: open and do small universe, then clear the kidneys and return lots of energy (blue). My next thought is to rake your hands upwards through her entire body with the message "body wieght back up to normal".

Remember any positive message come from a place of love is helpful. The stronger the sense of love, the more powerful and positive the message the better. The other techniques are secondary.
