Just wanting to provide some minor information. Shoulder pain that does not respond to treatment is often referred pain from the gallbladder/liver. Work with those meridans would probably help. My $0.02, having learned this from personal experience. Soon as I delt with the gallbladder/liver, the shoulder pain went away.
