Aloha e from Rome,

Welcome to the world of chants. As there are thousands of meditations and exercises, you could also fill a thick book (and a thick head) with chants of all flavors and intentions.

The one our sword finger shooting friend justcappy mentions above can be found integrated into SFQ in Chunyi's Born a Healer book. You can find that on the SpringForestQigong.com site.

Consider coming to one of Chunyi's Level III or IV retreats, or to the 6-day SFQ Healing retreat we're planning to host again this year. Plenty of healing at a lot of different levels -sometimes there's nothing like a large group of people chanting with the same intention.

Much Love, Shawn
