I think i need to improve my short term memory. When i am in class i sometimes find it hard to grasp some topics, especially those that require cetrain sequence like meths, Physics etc. I found a link about the topic and i think it reles to this subject:
http://www.pvc.maricopa.edu/lsc/Services/Improvingmemory.htm

I know understanding comes in layers but it would be nice to know that you grasped the concept after a lecture. It like my brain works more slowly.

Also i can say I have a problem with concentration and get "internally disctracted" easily even if im relaxed and i think that is linked with short term memory.

Can some paraliminal tape help me here?

Yes it could be related to concentration. The beauty of paraliminal you just need to state your purpose when you put the tape on... let the inner mind take care of the details.

Keep a diary and notice the small changes they can start happening almost immediately. Being left makes no difference to the paraliminal. When you state your purpose for listening to the paraliminal you'll find them as effective as anyone you uses them with a purpose.
