On level 1 you can use Sword Fingers to break up blockages to help heal the person you are trying to help. You also can add the persons name to the Saturday Healing Meditation group and follow the meditation technic posted by Shawn on the same thread. This is every saturday.
When you use the Password to connect with Universal Energy you then ask your Masters for their energy to help you in your meditation or Healing. You can also ask for Guidance in what you are trying to accomplish. Have fun.
