I think what you are asking is beyond level 2.
To be honest, to do something like this you would have to review your belief system and create one that allowed you do do this type of thing. Removing any counter beliefs. Having faith is having certainty that you can do this. Through practise you can develope this faith. When your faith/belief system is strong enough it has a big impact on people around you.
My personal opinion is that you can take on someones energy and rebuild it,like a car engine and give it back to them in much better shape. If you don't have the technical expertise to do this then you had better have a good connection to the Masters who can guide you or get you out of a mess.
As Master Lin says, all is energy, whether you are unclogging toilets or removing blockages in the body, it's just some extra energy. Each has it's own personality.
