Hi John

I go along with what Iam2 is saying here. I found it the most difficult exercise to coordinate and had to acommodate to the breathing and more intricate movements as well as the visualisation aspects of it. I had the other disadvantage of having quite recently had a major operation when I started and had to go easy because the stretches actually hurt. I very gradually sorted it all out to my own satisfaction and then started to read some of the posts about it with interest. Whether or not Gallen said this I ascribe to him the image of having the energy as bright light flooding into my crown chakra when you hold your hands over it. I also have the image of feeling that energy going down through the various chakras as you put hands together and lower them to the lower dantien region. I don't always hold that image but if feels good when I do.

Increasingly my feeling about this exercise is that it is a very satisfying thing to do but it took a long timfe before I was of that opinion. I think I liked the breathing of the universe best initially because my connection with the energy was so direct. In harmony of the universe it's like now I connct with an inner happiness.

Love
