The first time I see something like this. It's just great, the way it is explained more in confidential details. Now I know why we have to stand with the legs spread a little more than
shoulder-with, and point the toes straight ahead, knees bend and so on. Right now, I feel like a mule, were you have to bang it in. First I thought this link is from our office, now I'm not.

Master Linn does the best anyone can do, with him that's the only way to go. He doesn't mind when we step sideways to get more information or explanation. So we individuals can get a better understanding for an even better progress.
