Hi,

I have received an email from Learning Strategies re Spring Forest Qigong. I have some questions.

1) I have been a smoker for 20 years now and have made many attempts to quit. I have succeeded also only to start again after a few months. Will the SFQ program help me? The PDF file which I downloaded said that one person - a Corinne Vahle - was able to lose weight on using the program. So it might be of use to me as well. Are there any other testimonials of people with problems such as mine?

2) I am doing a course called Brahmavidya or Mental Physics (see http://www.indiayogi.com/courses/bv/ ). This course was learned by John Dingle from some Tibetan Masters in the early part of the 20th century. It teaches Spiritual Breathing exercises as well as mental exercises or meditations (including affirmations). The course is interesting and I want to continue with it. Will I be able to combine SFQ also with my exercises of Brahmavidya? In other words can I do both courses or should I pick and stick to one of the 2 only. The Brahmavidya exercises and meditations take 40 minutes of my time daily.

I would welcome comments from members of this forum.

Regards

Nikhil
