Hi Barb,
Your schedule sounds very much like mine!
Actually, I do use holosync at bedtime, and once you get used to sleeping with headphones, I find it helps me sleep like a log. You might try using floating, but I find Dive/Immersion to work better for me. But - of course people are different and everyone reacts differently. I also get up at 4 am and either do holosync, paraliminals or QiGong, depending on how I feel that day. I've been using the SFQ as a great warm up before teaching my dance classes, too.
It's interesting how things will clear out of your schedule to make the time, once you decide it's important to you. You might try using the SFQ breathing technique when you're doing your holosync - although it's been mentioned you should never do SFQ while doing other things, I believe adding the breathing to other meditation styles can be beneficial.
I do think doing the SFQ at bedtime is probably great and would leave you relaxed and open - my animals always need my attention then so I haven't been able to try. For me, midafternoon before class works great, and I already sleep well.
Best of luck!
Jana
