I do not know of any. I've always felt it is more the content of the level IV material. That may be just my bias of believing that helping other's spirit is the key to issues of the mind.
Regardless of the level of the material, you can help by coming from a place of love and directing your thoughts for helping another. Remember the three words, Love, Kindness and Forgiveness. Technique is not amongst them. Have faith, call upon your master and send messages of love.
