Hi all,

I would like to get outside opinions to one question.

It seems to me that I may have a blockage in my heart. I'm hesitating how to approach this question. My other than conscious mind tells me to be very, very careful. On the other hand I would like to go forward. Healing this blockage will be a major thing in my life!

It may be that I may open something uncontrollable by advancing too fast. Something that I can't handle. ??? I surely don't want to know what the blockage is about. Usually these things are best forgot!

Are there some other parts that I can make stronger to support my brave heart? My small universe is a bit limping, on throat and shoulders. Other commnets?

purjo;

As you mention that you may have a blockage in the heart and that your Small Universe is rather limp in the upper back and throat areas you might try looking to clear blockages in the upper spine, it's possible this is where the real blockage is.

You could also place yourself on the Saturday Healing Meditation list.

Hope that helps.

Jeff

I hear fear in your words. If I'm wrong ignore the rest.

How can clearing a blockage and returning to a more natural state be bad?

... "open something uncontrolable". Are you in control? Are you not asking your Master to direct your qi and your development for your own betterment?

... "best forgot". You ask for the guidance you need, and accept what you receive with gratitude.

Working on other parts... follow Master Lin instructions and you will have safe and steady progress.

Hi Jeff and Iam,

You have started me thinking. I can see that there are a lot of clues in my original post. And I think I'm confused. As far as I know confusion is a good state, it leads to understanding. It means you have all the peaces, and are waiting for the whole picture to come in place.

Right now I would not like to draw too hasty conclusions. I got what I asked, two outside opinions. I'd rather leave this all to my OTC mind. I don't much trust my conscious mind to make conclusions, it tends to be 50% wrong...

I'm really glad yoy guys were there for me today! Thank you!

Jeff,
About the Saturday healings... In the end of last year I had my name on the list a couple of times. Then, during christmas I did not have access to internet and could not put my name on the list. But guess what happened... At the time of the healing I fell into a deepest and most pleasant trance. My mind had learned how to tap the healing stream on its own. I tested once more the next week and put my name on the list, and the effect was exactly the same. Since then I have had a "permanent subscription" to the Saturday healings. I must really, need it... ;-)

Things have started to open up. It seems that the blockage was more like above the heart, in upper chest. And it concerns more breathing, especially on the left side of the body.

What I'm wondering is: I have noticed I have a tendency to "forget to breath", like it was not important.??? I just suddenly notice a momnet when I'm not breathing and it takes extra effort to start breathing. This is really strange. Like I myself am "not breathing" but somebody else is doing the brething for me. Like I would want to be left in peace and not to breathe. Like I would like to relax and that involves "not breathing". What would it be like to breath while relaxing, relax while breathing, relax with breathing?

I've been concerned about my breathing a long time now. This is the first time I've been able to understand my situation. It seems like there is "a major conflict" inside my mind and body.

All in all, I'm very confident now. I'm confident that things will turn out well for me. It just takes some time.

purjo, it sounds to me like your thinking too much.

Just try and totally immerse yourself into the meditations. Follow Master Lin's lead. Try to fully experience the meditations, not direct them. Have faith they will take you where you need to go.

Let your Master's and the universe's energy do the driving, and you can just enjoy the journey.

As for breathing, I have caught myself checking my own breathing at times. Some of those times when I have been deeply relaxed I didn't think I was breathing. I knew I was but I didn't think my chest or stomach were moving at all.

I wasn't concerned, I was more amazed. I was fully confident I was getting what I needed. Either I was breathing so smoothly I couldn't consciously notice the movement, or something else.

Start your meditations consciously, but then release control and trust in your Master and the universe and go as completely into the meditation as you can.

You are perfection.

Hi Iam,

"...thinking too much..." Maybe. But sometimes I have to just write these things down to make them more clear for me. I can see that the thing I've described above is the next key I will use in my meditations.

Saying "I've been concerned" was maybe not the best description about what's going on. It' s just that my major goal in self-development has been to learn how to breath. And this goal came from my OTC mind, not the conscious one. I'm not "checking" my breathing, It's just that I notice what's happening.

Iam, you are always very helpful. Now you have helped me to make my thoughts clearer again. Thank you. -purjo

One more thing, Iam... Yoy mentioned release control. That's what has been extremely difficult for me.

I always had the urge to know and control everything that's going on, both inside me and outside my body. I can see now it's a "family heritage", my mother has this tendency too.

Releasing. releasing. Until now this word has not had any meaning to me. I think it will start to mena something.

(BTW, you may think that I'm "thinking too much" again. But no, this message was more like a stream of consciousness from my OTC mind. I did not know what I was going to write before I wrote it.)
