Last summer, my son, who was then 6, developed asthma. It started in early summer and lasted through October. As the weather cooled off, the symptoms went away. The asthma was slight when my son was idle but became worse when he was active. The doctor prescribed an inhaler, but it didn't help much.

My son had no asthma at all during winter and spring, but now summer is here again and so is my son's asthma.

I would like to try using qigong on my son's asthma, but I am only at level 1, and the only technique I have is sword fingers, and you are not supposed to use it around the heart, and the lungs are, of course, near the heart. Where should I direct the sword fingers technique to clear any blockage that might be causing this seasonal asthma?
