A while ago there were two posts concerned with me working with my son and daughter's asthma and you might find these interesting. If you use the search facility and put 'kev5' in the username box it will come up with posts I've been involved with - there are two with asthma in the title. I didn't have level 2 at the time but Gallen gave me some very helpful instructions which were very useful when I worked with my children.
