RoSpinner Member Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 35 New York, USA	I can understand saying OM on the EXHALE as recommended in practicing Level 2 active exercises, but I am having a problem saying OM out loud on the INHALE as recommended in Small Universe. How can one verbalize while inhaling??? How is that done? (kind of like singing and swallowing at the same time, I can't do that either...please advise.) Thanks. Peace & Love, RoSpinner
