Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Difference between SPQ and traditional Qigong?

I haven't and that the reason because I ask.
(I try to get knowledge about it, by asking people that have tried it out, or a least I hope so). Or is it some kind of secret knowledge?

I use "challenging questions" because I want you to answer my questions.
If SPQ is basically no new form and the same as other Qigong that is fine.
But is it is a new/other form I would except that it has diffences and that would be fine too.
No I wouldn't call that it has a Super-Guru how has qualification XY something that make it a "new form".
