You'll find some who's "emptiness" paradigm is "not this, not this, not this...", and others that come from "and this, and this, and this..." Both of these have been flavored with centuries of living conditions and core beliefs.

Chunyi will talk about Levels of the Emptiness, or more maybe appropriately, distinctions of awarness in the emptiness.

Is the emptiness where all the mind chatter stops? Sure.

Is he emptiness where one can hear all? Sure.

Is it where everything goes black? Sure.

Is it where you see wonderfull colors and messages pass before you like a movie? Sure.

The emtiness is the emptiness. In SFQ we are not looking to define it, but rather "tuning" our energy in alignment with it.
