Alex-- a few weeks ago, I heard on the Chicago News where researchers at University Of Michigan has been able to 'regrow' the hairs to restore your type of hearing loss. I don't know if it works, but you might want to look at the U of M medical site. The way they talked, they were going to try it on humans. Could not hurt to look into it.
