How about Reiki? Or a similar energy modality that provides attunements?
I’ve sat in large gathering where the initiation was taking place and the energy was much higher. I felt the difference between that gathering and being at home by myself while meditating.
This system provides free attunements and has chapters in the States. Each chapter has experienced healers. YOu can sit and bask in the energy while 5-6 healers work on you for free - depending on your severity.
