I have been having a hard time visualizing smoke or steam shooting out to the "ends of the universe". Today a visualization popped in that was very helpful, so thought i would pass it on. and please note, i don't see in 3-D technicolor; it is more like a vague shadowy picture that doesn't last long, but it comes with a full feeling and personality that adds to the "picture".
anyway, during breathing of the universe, i saw friendly little whispy ghosts leaving my body when the old stuck energy was leaving. kind of like "casper the friendly ghost" characters. I got the feeling they were happy to have been of help to me, and they were just as happy to leave me and go off into the universe.
i think i was too hung up on what was meant by "ends of the universe" I was trying to visualize it, and it was way too big and far away for my little common mortal brain to figure out!
