I received levels 1 and 2 last week and just love it - I am sure over time this will be a major piece of my health jigsaw I have spent the last 7 years trying to solve (knee pain, back pain, creaking joints all over body and hypoglycemia). I noticed striaght away, even just doing the Breathing of the Universe for 5 weeks whilst waiting for the course to arrive, that my joints really creak when doing slow movements. I don't wish to say it could be the 'Arthr....' word as I don't wish to give it a label and hence more energy. Has anybody else exprienced this and what did you do to alleviate the situation? Any thoughts gladly welcomed.
Yours in health and friendship,
David

Hi David
I heard a saying once that I have always remembered and taken heed of.
"joints cracking - Yin lacking"

Master Lin has given us 2 wonderful general remedies that I use all of the time along with the SFQ active and sitting meditations.

1 - Balancing Yin and Yang with Yin Yang Water - made of 1/2 glass spring water, 1/2 glass boiled water - drink when quite warm and add a teaspoon of good quality honey if desired.

2 - Black sesame seed broth (great for kidney energy which is Yin as I understand it)- 2-3 tablespoons of black sesame seeds boiled in one cup of water for about 5 minutes - drink the broth and eat the seeds - delicious and great for the kidneys.

Something else that I do that didn't come from SFQ is to soak my feet in hot water each evening for about 10 minutes and this also helps to strengthen kidney energy - the bottom of the feet is where the kidney energy channels start.

In the self-concentration sitting meditation that is out of the Euphoria course Master Lin also talks about joints becoming flexible - you could add that affirmation to your meditation.

Massaging and cupping the kidneys as we do in the harvesting exercise is another useful thing to remember.

All of the exercises are really beneficial and will help you with your areas of concern.
Love
Jetay

Hi Jetay,
Thanks for your excellent reply with all the useful info. I feel such a warmth with all the people on this great forum and with SFQ - I guess it comes down from the top with Master Lin as he radiates it in his voice and the way he moves on the DVDs - I am so very glad I was guided to it through Holosync.

I have been drinking the Yin/yang water with honey everyday but was going to wait until next week to get the Black Sesame seeds but I shall take action and go get them tonight!
In thinking about all this and what you said it does all make sense if my Yang is stronger than my Yin - or my Yin is depleted as I am always on the go/type A person/possibly addicted to adrenaline (having competed in Triathlons up to Ironman distance but not been able to for 7 years due to such pain all over) - always somewhere to be, something to have, something to do - as Bill Harris says. So for me to strengthen the Yin and level things up would be a great place to be and calm me down somewhat to more of a balance.

So thank you once again!
