Thanks for the discussin on Holosync. I was finishing Level 3 of H but decided to stop because I just couldn't seem to fit in 3-4 hours of SFQ everyday and do H as well. Anyway, I was feeling that SFQ was taking care of things for me, and so the desire/need to do H just gradually fell away.
