Good morning everyone! I love this forum! It has been so helpful to my qigong practice. In an earlier message on this same post someone (I can't remember who wrote it), wrote that Jim Nance said that you could take a wider stance and get the same weight lose effect as bending the knees. Can I get clarification on that? I know that Chun Li said that bending the knees help open up the channels around the waist and therefore the greater weight lose. Certainly, using a wider stance would take some stress of my back as I find the bent knees harder to work with.
I look forward to your replies.
Love and Peace,
Lorrie
