Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Small Universe, do you split the energy ball for kidneys?

As far as I am aware there is no need to be so specific as to split the energy ball.
I have always understood that the energy will follow the intention so if you intend it to go to the 'kidney area' it will go to both kidneys. Also I believe that the energy will go to wherever it is needed at the time.

I am not very good at visualising so for me the energy moving round my Small Universe is a feeling. I feel a rush and warmth and that works for me.
In SFQ we say all is good, better and best so whatever works for you may be the best for you. There are so many forms of Energy Work and they all have success so I don't think you need to get hung up on technique. As Master Lin says the main things are Love, Kindness and Forgiveness.
