Dear Jetay and Shawn, Thank-you very much for your thoughtful replies. I have been following this forum for a while and am very impressed by the generosity and kindness of the people responding. Now I have my own experience of this and you to thank.. While I know you can't tell me for sure if I'm having seizures , I felt reassured that you know of these unusual body experiences. Meditating yesterday I tried your suggestion of being thankful for the experience with the thought that Qi was moving where it needed to go and I felt better about it. Wishing you well.
