Hi,

Are there any instances when AMD (Age related macular degeneration) has been helped considerably with help of Qigong ?

If so, How long would one have to practice it, if one is around 60 years old.

Thanks,
AeB

Aloha AeB,

My apologies for not getting back to your post. I don't have access to Master Lin's client files, so I asked my wife who works with hundreds of clients a week about it.

She didn't remember an AMD client specifically, but has worked with people having detached retinas and other eye issues. Most of them had great follow through doing the exercises and meditations on their own and had very good results.

I can't speak to how long it would take, or how long you need to practice it. It's good to just start doing the work, whether it's 10, 15, 30, 45 minutes, or an hour. Following the video is 42 minutes. If you follow one of the guided healing meditations they're 30 minutes.

If it were me, I'd call and set up a phone healing with Master Lin, Master Nance, or Darcie Gustine and ask what specifically I could be doing from the course, or otherwise to help my eyes heal and follow their coaching. Until the call, I'd start doing the active exercise and meditation during my day.

Much Love, Shawn
