Great post Shawn.

Very different from what I would have replied to Cassie's request, but much for long lasting and more valuable on so many occaissions.
My reply to the carpal tunnel story. Would have first been. That all of the western medicine fits in just fine with the SFQ model. Everything is energy. We seek to increase the accumulation and flow of the appropriate kinds and the eliminations of the inappropriate.
Shawns technique for guidance is a great one, and should come to mind quickly. For many of us though, we "think" we know the cause and the cures.
I'll note that about 10 years ago I had a change of office situation and within a few months I was ending my work days with sore wrist, sore forearms and even a numb right shoulder. I went through a whole slew of ergo fixes. None of which helped.
In my case I had an environmentally induced blockages, and the standard set of ergo-solutions weren't helping. Today, with SFQ I might say... eliminate the source... change jobs or at least working habits. But can we always do that? Well, 10 years ago I pushed asside all the ergo help and revert to my old (pre-office change) methods. I re-established old work habits and "voila" the problem was gone.
Okay, besides rambling on about myself what am I saying. I'm saying Shawn's got a lot of good stuff in that post. Listen to the feedback from the universe, seek flow, search for blockages and possibly there source, traditional western solutions are not in conflict with SFQ, be observant that one solution does not fit all, and helping others is always a good thing (okay that wasn't in the above, but it is good to remember).
You are perfection.
