HI. What do you mean with walking qi gong ? I've bought the Level I but haven't seen that. Only the active and sitting meditation.

Other things that have also worked for me in the past have been:

Do the universal breath he talks about in the Level I manual for "Breathing of the Universe" and the "Walking Qigong." See that all happening in the leg/s.

A pen slipped into the arch-side of your numb-legged shoe, so that the end is under the center of your foot and you pull the top (the end outside the shoe) toward the center giving pressure along the center arch way.

Much Love, Shawn

fairytale, walking qigong is one of the suggest given by Master Lin to incorporate SFQ into all aspects of your life. You'll find it in the audio portion of the course. (I can't tell you if it is level I or level II)

You are perfection.

Aloha littleboat,

Thats quite a "walk-a-bout" you've got going there.

You'll want to check out expedia.com or one of the other flight sites to see how much and see what will work best for you. Flying out of LA X seems to be less expensive most of the time.

Train? Well, it's about 10 hours, 52 minutes driving
or 685.35 miles to the train depot in St. Paul, MN. I don't know what time time frame is via train.

The Satuurday group healings aren't done anywhere but in your own location, wherever you are...so you don't need to make the trip just for those!

You could attend a SFQ International Guild Meeting while you were here. Their next meetings are:

April 8, 2006
April 22, 2006
May 13, 2006
May 27, 2006
June 10, 2006

Most are held at the Spring Forest Healing Center at
6311 Wayzata Blvd.
St. Louis Park, Minnesota, 55416
US
(952) 593-5555

That's the number you'd call to set up an in-person healing when here too. They are booked pretty quickly, so call ahead.

Information regarding the Guild next meeting, including date, time and location are available on the Guild Information Phone Line at 952-736-6501. Agendas for the meetings are sent to members and posted on its site a week prior to meetings. To view the agenda for the next meeting, past agendas, as well as notes from past meetings, please click here.

You could also attend a class by him while here:

SFQ - Level I
Friday, April 21
8:30am - 5:00pm
Spring Forest Qigong Healing Center

SFQ - Level II
Saturday, April 22
& Sunday, April 23
Sat, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Sun, 8:30am - 12:30pm
Spring Forest Qigong Healing Center

SFQ - Level I
Friday, June 9
8:30am - 5:00pm
Spring Forest Healing Center

SFQ - Level II
Saturday, June 10
& Sunday, June 11
Sat, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Sun, 8:30am - 12:30pm

You'd contact Normandale Community College to register:

Much Love & a safe trip, Shawn

Fairytale, walking Qiqong is mentioned in level 1 audio.

Shawn, the dates for International Guild Meeting and class don't suit me because I can only go on either the weekend of 29/30 April or 5/6 May. I'll book an appointment directly with the healing centre. Thanks for your info & link to notes of past meetings.

Love,
Little Boat

If you are already in Detroit you may as well fly from there. From LA you'll fly to Chicago or Denver to get to connect to Minnesota if you want to take advantage of the Australian package deals. And there is one airline I don't recommend you fly with.
